Welcome to the OxyRevo Australia mHBOT Training Program. Whether you are setting up a chamber at home, integrating mHBOT into your health practice, or building a commercial mHBOT service, this course gives you an excellent basis to do it well. Start here — everything that follows builds on what you learn in these Foundation modules.

YOUR LEARNING FOUNDATION

What is this course?

The OxyRevo Australia mHBOT Training Program is a comprehensive education resource for everyone who uses, recommends, or operates an OxyRevo chamber. It covers the science behind mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, how OxyRevo chambers work, how to use them safely and effectively, and the Australian regulatory context that governs their use.

The course is built around one central concept: well-informed users get better results, operate more safely, and represent mHBOT more credibly. Every module is designed to be practical and honest, grounded in what the evidence actually shows — not in marketing language.

Begin with the foundations. Build with confidence.

YOUR HOME-USER PATHWAY

Welcome to Track A

Welcome to Track A, designed for people using a mild hyperbaric chamber in their own home.

Building on the Foundation modules, this track focuses on the practical side of safe, confident chamber use: preparing yourself and your space, running sessions correctly, recognising when to pause or seek advice, and caring for your chamber so it performs reliably for years.

IN THIS TRACK, YOU WILL FOCUS ON

  • Preparing yourself and your home environment
  • Running chamber sessions correctly
  • Recognising when to pause or seek advice
  • Caring for your chamber for reliable long-term use

Whether you have purchased a chamber for general wellness, recovery, or to support a specific health goal alongside your healthcare team, Track A gives you the knowledge to use it safely and get the most from every session.

Safe at home. Confident in every session.

Track B: Health Practitioners

Evidence, assessment, protocol design and responsible professional practice.

YOUR PRACTITIONER PATHWAY

Welcome to Track B

Track B is written for registered health practitioners—physiotherapists, chiropractors, exercise physiologists, nurses, doctors and allied health professionals—who want to integrate mHBOT into their clinical practice.

This track goes deeper into the evidence base, examining what the published research does and doesn’t support at mild pressures, how to screen and select appropriate clients, and how to document and communicate mHBOT use within your professional and regulatory obligations, including AHPRA advertising requirements.

The emphasis throughout is on clinical judgement: understanding mHBOT well enough to use it responsibly, explain it honestly, and recognise where it fits—and where it doesn’t—within your scope of practice.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Complete the Foundation modules first. Track B assumes that you already understand chamber fundamentals, pressure, oxygen delivery, session safety and the distinction between mild hyperbaric exposure and medical-grade HBOT. It builds practitioner judgement on top of that foundation rather than repeating basic operation training.

YOUR FOUR-MODULE PATHWAY

MODULE B1

Clinical Evidence Overview

Understand physiological mechanisms, evidence quality, direct mHBOT findings and where medical-HBOT research requires qualification.

MODULE B2

Patient Assessment and Screening

Screen for potential benefit and risk, recognise contraindications, coordinate care and establish measurable outcomes.

MODULE B3

Designing Clinical Protocols

Bring pressure, inspired oxygen, duration, frequency and course length together in proportionate, reviewable plans.

MODULE B4

Compliance, Documentation and Scope

Apply scope, consent, privacy, advertising, recordkeeping, incident and professional-governance requirements.

THROUGHOUT TRACK B, PRACTISE FOUR DISCIPLINES

  1. Match the complete exposure—not pressure alone—to the evidence.
  2. Screen for potential benefit, risk, alternatives and the need for shared care.
  3. Define a baseline, review point and clear criteria to continue, modify, pause or refer.
  4. Communicate potential benefits and limitations with equal clarity.

OxyRevo mHBOT is not medical-grade HBOT. That distinction should make your reasoning more precise—not dismiss the potential physiological value of mild exposure. Track B will help you explain what may be supported, what has been studied, what remains uncertain and what sits outside your role.

Evidence-informed. Benefit-aware. Professionally accountable.

TRACK C / BUSINESS

Track C: Clinic and Wellness Operators

YOUR COMMERCIAL OPERATOR PATHWAY

Welcome to Track C

Track C is for owners and operators offering mHBOT sessions commercially—whether in a dedicated hyperbaric studio, wellness centre, gym or recovery facility, or as an additional service within an established business.

Running chambers for the public brings responsibilities that go beyond personal use: client screening and intake systems, staff training, session protocols, hygiene and maintenance schedules, incident procedures, insurance, and compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the advertising requirements that apply to the service and products being promoted.

This track walks through each of these areas in practical detail, helping you build an mHBOT operation that is welcoming and safe for clients, professionally run, defensible from a compliance standpoint and sustainable as a business.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Complete the Foundation modules first. Track C assumes that you understand chamber fundamentals, pressure and oxygen delivery, routine session safety, emergency procedures and the distinction between mild hyperbaric wellness sessions and medical-grade HBOT. It builds commercial systems around that foundation rather than repeating basic chamber operation.

YOUR SIX-MODULE PATHWAY

MODULE C1

Planning Your mHBOT Service

Select an appropriate service model, chamber mix and location, then plan the space, approvals, utilities, accessibility and pre-launch pathway.

MODULE C2

Staffing, Training and Supervision

Define roles, recruit suitable people, build competence, authorise tasks and create a practical structure for supervision and escalation.

MODULE C3

Session Workflow and Client Management

Build a consistent client journey from enquiry and intake through preparation, session delivery, turnover, records and follow-up.

MODULE C4

Pricing, Packages and Revenue Models

Calculate the complete cost of delivery and develop clear, fair pricing, packages, memberships and capacity-informed revenue models.

MODULE C5

Marketing and Client Acquisition

Position the service clearly, educate honestly, build local relationships and measure the journey from discovery to suitable booking.

MODULE C6

Maintenance, Safety and Compliance

Create reliable commercial rhythms for equipment care, multi-user hygiene, incident learning, documentation and service continuity.

THROUGHOUT TRACK C, PRACTISE FOUR OPERATING DISCIPLINES

  1. Design the service around the real chamber, premises, people and client experience.
  2. Give staff clear responsibilities, practical training and defined escalation pathways.
  3. Build repeatable systems that support quality without making the service feel clinical or intimidating.
  4. Communicate honestly, keep useful records and review the business before small issues become expensive ones.

Commercial mHBOT can remain welcoming, positive and firmly positioned as a mild wellness service while still being professionally managed. Track C provides the practical systems to help you deliver a consistent client experience, care for the equipment, support the team and operate with commercial confidence.

Professionally planned. Consistently delivered. Commercially sustainable.
