05 / PRESSURE & OXYGEN
Two specifications. Different questions.
Pressure and oxygen delivery describe different parts of the system.
1. ATA (The chamber environment)
Atmospheres Absolute (ATA) measures the physical pressure exerted inside the chamber. This defines the density of the environment, forcing oxygen molecules closer together to enhance physiological absorption through plasma dissolving.
2. O2 (The delivery system)
Oxygen concentration defines the purity of the breathable gas supplied. While ATA dictates environmental pressure, the delivery system ensures constant, medical-grade flow rate and fractional concentration to maximize therapeutic efficacy.
What should a useful measurement report show?
A comprehensive and useful hyperbaric measurement report must clearly document the interaction between pressure and oxygen delivery over time. Key parameters should show:
• Chamber Pressure Profile: Real-time tracking of pressurization, maintenance (plateau at target ATA), and depressurization phases.
• Oxygen Concentration Levels: Continuous verification of O2 purity (e.g., 93% to 99%) supplied to the hood or mask.
• Ventilation and Flow Rates: Monitoring of air exchanges inside the chamber to prevent carbon dioxide (CO2) accumulation.
• Session Duration: Exact log of elapsed time spent under therapeutic pressure (excluding compression/decompression ramps).
• Safety Parameters: Temperature, humidity, and critical emergency shutoff/ventilation logs.
This data ensures clinical repeatability, precise dose calculation, and absolute transparency for both operator and patient.

The 17 questions to ask any chamber supplier
- 1. Is the pressure vessel fully certified under ASME PVHO-1 medical standards?
- 2. What is the real-time oxygen monitoring capability inside the breathing zone?
- 3. Are your manual air valves fully redundant in the event of power failures?
- 4. What clinical protocols are programmatically hardwired into the automation?
- 5. Is on-site installation and staff clinical training handled directly by certified techs?

14 / QUESTIONS
The questions worth asking.
What does base price include?
Base price includes the core hyperbaric chamber unit, a medical-grade oil-free air compressor, our flagship 10L oxygen concentrator, high-precision internal and external pressure gauges, a dedicated internal cooling machine, and our standard 2-year comprehensive global warranty.
Can I see it operating?
Absolutely. We coordinate live video demonstrations directly from our sterile showroom facility. Additionally, we can connect you with local clinical partners or residential users in our network to arrange a site visit and observe the systems operating in real-world environments.
What are the power requirements?
OxyRevo systems run on standard domestic power supplies (110V or 220V depending on region). No dedicated industrial phase lines or complex modifications are required, allowing immediate safe deployment in commercial clinics or private homes.
Is professional installation required?
Professional onsite installation is not required. Every chamber features a proprietary plug-and-play modular layout designed for straightforward assembly. We provide high-definition step-by-step video manuals and offer virtual live setup support with our technical team.
How long is each treatment session?
Standard hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions typically run between 60 to 90 minutes. Protocols vary based on personal wellness goals or clinical prescriptions; our advisory board recommends consulting your supervising healthcare provider to define your optimal routine.
Are OxyRevo chambers certified?
Yes, safety and compliance are foundational. OxyRevo manufacturing facilities strictly adhere to international medical device protocols, holding comprehensive ISO 13485 certifications, CE standard declarations, and relevant global regulatory approvals.
What is the maximum pressure level?
We provide multiple chamber tiers. Our mild-pressure soft-shell units safely operate up to 1.3 ATA – 1.5 ATA. Our advanced hard-shell clinical designs are engineered to reach up to 2.0 ATA or 3.0 ATA for advanced medical protocols.
Does it require oxygen tanks?
No, high-pressure oxygen gas cylinders are not required. The complete package includes an advanced medical-grade 10L molecular sieve oxygen concentrator that continuously filters ambient air to deliver up to 96% pure oxygen safely.
What maintenance is required?
Maintenance protocols are minimal and highly straightforward. The external compressor air intake filters require a quick visual check and replacement every 6 months, and the chamber cabin interior should be sanitized regularly with approved non-corrosive medical wipes.
Can I operate the chamber by myself?
Yes, OxyRevo systems are rigorously engineered for independent operation. They are equipped with fully redundant interior controls, redundant internal relief valves, and an intuitive mechanical emergency release pull-ring to guarantee complete operator autonomy.
What is the shipping turnaround time?
Standard, off-the-shelf configurations typically ship from our hubs within 5 to 7 business days. For customized shell fabrics, specific clinic branding decals, or specialized internal configurations, please allow a tailored lead time of 14 to 21 days.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We partner with premier commercial and personal medical equipment financing firms to offer flexible, low-interest payment structures. Commercial practices and residential users can choose customized plans ranging from 12 to 60 months.
